Intellectual Property

Licensed materials provided to clients are subject to the terms of the applicable contract. Users are granted only the rights explicitly described in written agreements; no implicit licenses are conferred. Trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials may not be used without prior authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organization disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of services. The company’s total aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the user for the particular service within the prior twelve months, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such limitation.
Termination
Either party may terminate a contractual relationship in accordance with the specific terms of the applicable agreement. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if a user materially breaches these terms, engages in unlawful behavior, or poses a security risk. Upon termination, users must cease use of proprietary materials and, where required, return or destroy confidential information in their possession.
Changes to Terms
The organization may revise these terms periodically to reflect legal or operational changes. When revisions are material, reasonable notice will be provided according to the nature of the change and applicable law. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the user’s responsibility to review terms for updates.
